Industrial Property:

Sanderson Field Industrial Park - 1,053 acres, featuring an excellent airport and general aviation facility with full airport facilities to serve private aircraft and business jets. The site is a quality industrial/commercial park located adjacent to U.S. Highway 101 with excellent visibility and access.

Johns Prairie Industrial Park - 407 acres, located northeast of the City of Shelton. It is part of the northward development occurring in the Shelton area. It is a major industrial and commercial site in the southern Puget Sound region.

Foreign Trade Zone - The Port of Shelton is authorized by the federal government to establish secured locations considered to be outside the customs territory of the United States of America, though under U.S. Customs supervision and control. Firms may take advantage of the Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) to postpone and, in the case of re-export of cargo, avoid the applications of U.S. Customs laws that impose duties, taxes, bonds, quotas and certain other requirements.
